Press Release Summary = IADDIC Shelters offers innovative shelter solutions for
disaster relief and urban renewal applications.

Press Release Body = Did you know that 1.4 billion people in the world this year
will go to sleep each night without adequate shelter ? Whether due to a natural
disaster (such as earthquake, hurricanes, typhoon or tsunami) or economic tragedy
(the kind that produces a slum village, shanty town, favela or other kind of slum),
hundreds of millions of people throughout the world do not have adequate shelter.

If you're like us, you probably thought when you first heard that statistic
"somebody should do something." We're that somebody (or at least one of them).

At IADDIC Shelters, our goal is to build shelters for the "houseless" people of the
world. But we don't build just any kind of shelter. We build instant shelter units
that are better than mere temporary housing. Depending on the configuration options,
these portable emergency shelter units aren't just temporary buildings, they're
semi-permanent housing.

We believe our innovative technology and low cost will allow us to build our shelter
structures for 500 million of these "houseless" people. The clock is ticking. and
we're already at work solving the problem.

The IADDIC DR1 solves the need for a better solution to the temporary to
semi-temporary housing needs of "houseless" disaster victims with a dwelling that is
both a better shelter and one that lasts longer.

The IADDIC SR1, because it is made from flexible materials, can be imprinted to
resemble any material that is culturally \"normal\" for housing construction. It is
perhaps the world's most rapidly deployed and easiest to erect housing concept - and
it is designed to last as long as a normal dwelling does in similar developing
environments.

There are many other unique features of our two products, such as how easily they
are packaged and can be shipped in mass quantities. They will not rot or mold and
are flame-resistant. The DR1 and SR1 both have a contiguous wall and roof design
which means there are fewer seams to come apart.

Both have an integral support system which provides load baring capabilities which
are not available with tents, along with a shelter which is impervious to most
chemicals including fuels used for cooking and lighting. They are also resistant to
insects.

IADDIC Shelters is currently working on a long-term community development project in
Mozambique. This project is in restoration and will include the sinking of new
wells, the development of roads, and basic utility services.

In addition, the project includes the development of housing stock in which IADDIC
Shelters has been selected to be one of the providers. Our goal is to have shelters
shipped to Mozambique by April of this year.

Together we can make a difference. Let us make a difference for you.
